Dr. Aaron Domm began his studies at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where he earned a degree in psychology before entering the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. He did his internal medicine residency at the Rush University Medical Center, serving as chief resident of internal medicine during his final year there. He spent three years earning his fellowship in gastroenterology at the University of California at Los Angeles before arriving in Charleston for advanced training in endoscopic ultrasound.
"I enjoyed Charleston. I came here to attend MUSC," he says. "I decided to stay."
Dr. Domm joined Palmetto Digestive Disease PA as a co-owner in 2008 and enjoys working with his patients, "helping them through sometimes difficult situations." From his patients, he says he has "learned humility."
Although he is part of a busy practice, Dr. Domm enjoys spending time with his family, which includes three young children.
