Almond Butter Banana Pinwheels Recipe

Ingredients
1 large whole wheat tortilla
ΒΌ cup almond butter or peanut butter
1 tbsp. granola
1 banana, peeled
2 tbsp. fruit yogurt, optional as pinwheel dip

Directions: (Yields 6 pieces)
1. On flat surface, spread almond butter evenly on tortilla
2. Sprinkle evenly with granola
3. Place banana in center of tortilla
4. Roll tortilla
5. Cut in half, and cut each half into thirds

Popcorn Trail Mix Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup popped corn
2 tbs shelled nuts (pistachios, almonds, walnuts, etc.)
1 tbsp. dried cherries, cranberries, blueberries or raisins

Directions: (Yields 2 servings)
Mix ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy!
