What is a Sleep Disorder?
Different specialists diagnose and treat different types of sleep disorders. They run a series a tests to find out what is causing disrupted sleep. A patient would see a sleep specialist if they were snoring or gasping for air while they slept, having a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep, feel tired during the day even when they slept the night before or if they feel so tired during the day that it is effecting their daily life.
