COVID-19 Notice
First and foremost we would like to thank you all for your continuous help in improving the health and well-being of our communities throughout this pandemic. It is companies like yours who will ensure that we all make it through these trying times.
We felt it important to share a safety update received from our event partners at the Medical University of South Carolina. The 2021 Charleston Health & Wellness Expo will adhere to the following CDC guidelines for the prevention of Covid-19 spread.
These requirements are as follows:
- Masks for all indoor events
- Required vaccination or negative COVID test within 72 hours for all participants
- Social Distancing and spacing
- Hand sanitizing/washing
- Requiring individuals with symptoms to not participate in events
- Limiting participation
- Plans for avoiding aggregation at high traffic areas and weather planning alternatives to avoid congestion when event space is condensed should be a part of the event execution
