About Grace Physical Therapy
We engage in a collaborative care approach, where we work together to meet your rehabilitation goals because nobody knows your body better than you. Our primary mission is to provide you with effective and high-quality physical therapy treatment. No matter the type of pain you are experiencing, our goal is to reduce and eventually eliminate discomfort to enhance your overall physical function. We treat conditions related to trauma, physical conditions, emotional stress, and sports injuries.
Through our commitment to continuing education, you can trust that the services we provide are the newest and most advanced physical therapy treatment available.
We specialize in the McKenzie Method, which is an evidence based approach to assessing the source of a client’s pain and providing an appropriate treatment that actively involves the client in the healing process, empowering them to prevent recurrences. Results from the McKenzie Method can be seen in as little as 3-5 visits!

Great PT! Therapist work with you and only you the whole hour. None of that nonsense where an assistant starts you on some exercises while working with 2 other clients then spending less than 30 min with an actual Physical Therapist. I have gone for knee pains and tendonitis. Both issues resolved. Staff are very friendly too. Everyone I have had contact with is very professional and very friendly. I have recommended this place to my family members.

I was involved in a motor vehicle collision and had some mild to moderate back and shoulder pain. I have multiple Sclerosis, so my primary doctor referred me to Grace Physical Therapy because pain for someone with my condition is very different from someone without. I was so happy to be in a place where I could feel the love from the first time I entered their doors.. Not only did they work on my accident injuries, they incorporated stretches and exercises that would make me feel comfortable due to my other impairments. All of the staff members are wonderful! I would recommend them to ANYBODY who needs them!
– Shikema B.
Just finished a multiple week rehab therapy series to help with an injured knee. The evaluation, exercises, and stretching worked wonders and exceeded my expectations. Highly professional and very nice to work with
